Your data is stored securely using Supabase's enterprise-grade encryption. We do not sell your data to third-party marketing lists without your consent.

4. Internal Analytics Applications and Google API Access

The owner of ADU Florida Info also operates internal analytics applications (including, without limitation, OAuth 2.0 desktop clients registered under the Google Cloud project adu-florida) that connect to Google's own APIs on the authenticated owner's behalf. These applications are used exclusively by the account owner and are not offered as a service to third parties.

When the owner authenticates one of these applications, Google may transfer, process, or make available to the application the owner's own data from Google services. The specific Google services accessed may include, without limitation: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Calendar.

Use of data obtained through these APIs is limited and specific:

• Data is accessed only on behalf of the authenticated account owner.
• Data is used only for the owner's own internal portfolio analytics and reporting purposes.
• Data is not shared with, sold to, or made available to any third party.
• Data is not used to train or improve generalized machine-learning or AI models.
• Data is held transiently for analysis and is not persisted beyond the owner's authenticated session, except where it is written to repositories under the owner's sole control for the owner's own historical reporting.
• The owner may revoke the application's access to the owner's Google data at any time viahttps://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

These applications' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adhere to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
