My name is Joe Lombardo. I built ADU Florida Info after spending hundreds of hours digging through county GIS systems, land development codes, and building department call queues trying to answer one question: can I build an ADU on my property?
I found that the answer was almost impossible to get without either hiring an architect or making a dozen phone calls. So I built a tool that does it in 30 seconds — pulling live parcel data from county GIS systems to return the actual zoning code for your address.
